Self-Loading Mobile Rescue Shelter
Self-loading mobile rescue shelter is a complete emergency response system for the rapid deployment of at-risk areas (disaster relief), as well as for rapid deployment in remote/smaller fixed location construction/industrial sites and on larger-scale outdoor community events. This cost-effective unit consists of 96 power outlets to charge all necessary communication equipment (phones, radios, etc.) used by a rescue team during a rescue mission, including medical devices, tools, etc., for all members of a rescue team. The rescue robot dog component allows for the safe and rapid locating and extracting of victims from hazardous/collapsed environments.
Constructed upon an all-inclusive self-loading/self-unloading frame, the shelter can be taken away by any standard vehicle and unloaded with no additional equipment needed, once it arrives at the designated setting. A secondary self-levelling device is optional for ensuring stability while placed on various types of terrain. There is also an adjustable height flooded light system, as well as emergency beacon strobing lights, plus several communication modules (4G/Bluetooth broadcasting, CCTV monitoring) to create a complete solution for a portable command centre/charging station within a single unit with all the listed features.

Power & Charging Architecture
Select a battery’s overall capacity according to how many devices you have and how long you are expecting to be off-grid. For example, a 15 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery can recharge 96 average smartphones several times over when used with an auxiliary generator that does not produce noise, which could allow for your battery(s) to be recharged indefinitely during long-term emergencies.
Mobility & Terrain Adaptation
Choose a 2-axle 4-wheel option for a smooth surface and compacted dirt; upgrade to track for sand, mud or snow. Use the self-leveling device if shelter has to be used on slopes or uneven surfaces where level ground is essential to the safety of workers and equipment.
Communication & Monitoring
By utilizing 4G technology to combine physical positioning with camera-based surveillance systems within a Command Center, real-time monitoring of all locations will be possible via the Command Centre. The use of Bluetooth Voice Broadcasting allows for quick and easy notification of Rescue Team members. The storage option allows for secure storage of Medical Kits, Ropes and Small Tools used by my Rescue Team.

What tasks can the rescue robot dog perform?
Equipped with cameras and sensors, the robot dog navigates rubble, collapsed structures and tight spaces. The robot dog can find people trapped, deliver small supplies and send video feed to the monitor back in the shelter in real time – this greatly reduces risk for human rescue workers.
How does the self‑loading mechanism work?
Once a transport vehicle has delivered the shelter, its supporting legs (either hydraulic or electric) are used to raise the shelter completely off of the truck bed so that the truck can drive away and leave it on solid ground. This operation is done using a remote control device that can be operated very quickly. Most setups will require less than five minutes to complete the adjustments necessary to lower the shelter all the way down to the ground.
Can the charging ports handle medical equipment?
Yes! The charging panel has an AC220V outlet along with a variety of DC voltage connectors that will connect to a variety of portable ventilators, monitors, and field-use medical equipment. The panel outputs a pure sine wave to provide a consistently clean electrical supply for delicate electronic items.
Is this rescue shelter suitable for highway towing?
Our shelters are made to be flatbed or trailer transported, not to be towed directly on their own wheels. When it comes to mobile lighting towers, if you need to tow them at highway speeds, then you will have to refer to our light tower products that were specifically designed for that purpose.
